Initially contacted to help on a badly functioning website, hampered with incorrect programming and security issues, after winning the contract our design and programmers went to work on fixes and updates to bring the website into a more useable place for the customers and staff of SCAE. Our programmers met urgent hacks found, fixed and updated code immediately to allow the website to function fully and advised on best practices going forward.
Following this, as well as establishing an excellent relationship, we worked together with various SCAE departments to deliver the expansion and new functionality SCAE wanted to achieve as part of its continued focus into delivering the best service for their customers. We have implemented better use of membership profiles, course booking calendars and secure payment processes for use by both individuals and companies alike. We have applied mobile optimisation, currently as a fix and are working to improve this as time and various projects allow.
We provide website software training to staff departments to allow better administration and management of the website and continue working on current projects to streamline systems and processes initiated by the SCAE team. In short, Footsteps have enabled better communication between customers and staff alike, with LIVE communication between the organisations database and the website.
