A representation of what Footsteps as a team of high-level programmers are all about. Mixed in with brilliant styling and design, together with the marketing and IT Departments we created the smooth running and visually pleasing ‘Onederland’ intranet, a live database linked website working for a multiple of companies under one umbrella; the One Group.
The brief was to program an intricate website allowing it to be integrated with the large database to handle a multitude of in-house information for staff and managers alike. The finished result works perfectly, with document libraries, staff management, live holiday calendars and auto emails to department, managers and staff alike, regular news bulletins, project information, cross company information, training course calendars and so much more.

The system needed to be administered with ease, at various department levels whilst having an overall ‘super user’ administration. Our team needed to have sound understanding of the database, ensuring on-site visits to make sure we would deliver the right results. Ongoing management of the Intranet website ensures its speed and security and further development of departmental management options are currently in process.
